This warranty provides a limited one (1) year international warranty across all genuine Citizen Branded Watches PLUS an additional four (4) year warranty on all Citizen Branded Watches purchased from any Authorised Stockist throughout the following territories: Australia, New Zealand, Republic of South Africa and the South Pacific Islands from the original date of purchase.Īn Authorised Stockist is strictly limited to any genuine retailer that has purchased the product directly from Citizen Watches Australia or from an Authorised Distributor of Citizen Watches Australia within the above-mentioned markets.Īny watch purchased from any stockist or reseller other than from the above-mentioned territories falls outside this five (5) year warranty term and therefore falls under the first one (1) year limited international warranty term.
